Elm Drive between Oak Blvd and Pine St will be closed for three days for resurfacing. Please use the alternate route via Maple Ridge. Residents on Elm Drive will receive temporary parking passes.
All homeowners are invited to the annual general meeting in the Community Center. Topics include the 2026 budget, pool renovation vote, and board elections. Proxy forms available in the documents portal.
After a competitive review, the board has selected GreenScape Partners for common area maintenance this year. Service begins April 1. The previous contract ended December 31.
Quarterly HOA dues of $240 are due by March 31. Pay securely via the resident portal. A $35 late fee applies to payments received after the due date. Contact the treasurer with any billing questions.
